Scam or not?

A phishing trainer.

Six emails. Click everything suspicious – then decide. All companies are made up.

What to always check.

Sender

  • The full address, not just the name
  • Odd domains: .top, hyphens, typos

Pressure

  • “Today”, “last chance”, “we'll block”
  • Secrecy: “don't tell anyone”

Links and attachments

  • Hover and read where the link goes
  • Don't open .html, .zip, .exe attachments

What it wants

  • Password, PIN, card number, codes – never by email
  • Gift cards = almost always a scam
